Who am I?



I'm Tony Berry - an experienced fitness practitioner, coach, and someone deeply passionate about the way training can shape a person far beyond the gym setting.

With a background in strength and endurance training, I created The Lifting LiBerry to serve as both a movement manuscript and a testament to the positive mental and physical benefits of exercise.

Over the years, fitness has helped me manage stress, process grief, reconnect with myself, and build a community when life felt overwhelming. It has taught me how to show up - consistently, honestly, and with purpose.
